Icecat Ref

Icecat is second-in-command on the Good Side. She's always been a proud cat, yet quiet. She's fascinated by her ancestor, Dr. Davua Von Mau's (Ref soon to come) library and works. Icecat controls ice and snow, and when anyone gets too near they can feel a slight chill coming off of her. She's also very fluffy, and loves helping anyone in need. Her closest friend is Watercat.
